A thought from Pope Francis today:

It is a time to turn off the TV and open the Bible. 

It is a time to pull ourselves away from our smartphones and connect ourselves to the Gospel. 

When I was a child there was no television but we had the habit of not listening to the radio… It is a time to renounce pulling ourselves away from the cellphone and connecting to the Gospel."
